Worth writing about

A defect:a count that isn't literal, a word missing from a grid, a key that doesn't match — these get fixed first.
Printing trouble: check the printing guide first; if it still fails, say which printer and which PDF.
Theme requests: new word-search themes and bingo sets ship regularly — common-noun themes only (no brands, shows, or characters).
Permission questions: personal, classroom, and care-facility use is already allowed, including photocopies for your group — see the terms. Resale is not.
